- Providing tenancy sustainment support and helping individuals maintain stable accommodation.
- Supporting clients with housing applications, including applications for Housing Benefit and grants.
- Assisting clients with setting up essential utilities, such as gas and electricity.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently across the community.
- A minimum of 6 months of previous experience supporting older adults within a care setting.
- Experience with home care, housing support, and homelessness.
- 33 days of annual leave (including public holidays).
