Randstad CPE UK team is looking to onboard a Tractor Driver to provide Site logistics, civil infrastructure support, earthworks support, and site maintenance. Depending on the specific site phase the driver will operate a modern tractor

- Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire
- long term work Monday-Friday, 07:00 to 17:00
- Pay: upto £21.00 / hr
Key Responsibilities
- Operating tractors coupled with water bowsers (dust suppression), trailer towing (muck-away / materials), sweeping attachments, or ground implements.
- Running water bowsers for dust suppression across haul roads and active work areas (crucial during summer/dry weather months).
- Transporting equipment, aggregates, spoil, and site supplies around the complex safely.
- Daily operator checks (oil, hydraulics, tyre pressure, lights) and keeping daily defect sheets.
- Adhering strictly to site traffic management plans, speed limits, and site health & safety rules.
Required Qualifications and experience
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence (Category B or Category F for Tractors / C1/C if road travel is involved).
- Minimum 2-3+ years operating medium-to-large tractors on active civils, construction, earthworks, or large estate projects.
- Experience pulling towed plant (bowsers, dump trailers, flatbeds) in tight space environments.
