Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales and account management experience
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software (desirable)
- Qualifying leads and promptly responding to inquiries.
- Ensuring all orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Effectively resolving customer queries and complaints.
- Collaborating with the technical and production teams.
- Supporting marketing initiatives to generate new leads.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the sign and display market and product range.
