Your Role
As a Trainee, you'll be on the front lines of the talent market. Your day-to-day will include:
Strategic Networking: Using social media and digital tools to hunt for top-tier talent.
Candidate Management: Pre-screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for global projects.
Market Intelligence: Generating leads, gathering references, and becoming a "go-to" source in the Civil Engineering sector.
Brand Building: Advertising vacancies creatively to attract the best in the field.
