What You'll Bring: Your Passion & Potential
We're looking for individuals with a genuine desire to make an impact, even if you're just starting out!
Experience: No prior paid teaching experience is required (0 years)! We value relevant experience in teaching, care, or education, including voluntary experience.
Qualifications:
GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) are essential.
While a Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable, it's not essential. We're seeking candidates with a true passion for supporting children with special needs.
Eligibility to work in the UK is a must.

A competitive starting salary of £23,000 (full-time equivalent).
Flexible working options: both part-time and full-time hours are available to suit your needs. General hours 08:45-4:45pm Monday-Friday. Part time applicants must be available a minimum 3 days a week.
Fully funded training course /2 year training programme - we support your journey every step of the way. Start as a 1:1 TA and over the 2 years advance to teaching.
