What you will do:
- Learn and implement individualised teaching programmes based on the principles of behaviour analysis.
- Work directly with pupils, delivering tailored instruction and support in both one-to-one and small group settings.
- Collect and analyse data to monitor pupil progress and inform teaching strategies.
- Collaborate closely with experienced teachers, behaviour analysts, and other therapists.
- Contribute to a positive and structured learning environment where every child can thrive.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Hold a degree in Psychology or a closely related field.
- Have some demonstrable experience (paid or voluntary) working with children or young people, ideally those with additional needs or challenging behaviour.
- Possess a genuine interest in behaviour analysis and its application in education.
- Are patient, resilient, and dedicated to making a difference.
- Are eager to learn and committed to their own professional growth.
- Can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
