Urgent: Office Administrator (SIMS Experience Required)
We are looking for reliable Office Administrators to join our team in the Liverpool area. This is an urgent role offering £13.68-£14.50 per hour, with rates negotiable based on your previous experience.
Duties:
- Update and manage student records and personal information in SIMS.
- Record daily student attendance and track absences using SIMS modules.
- Answer phone calls and welcome visitors at the front desk.
- Type school letters, manage emails, and sort incoming mail.
- Help organise school events and manage staff calendars.
- Handle basic money tasks like school meal payments or ordering supplies.
Skills Needed:
- SIMS experience is essential for this role.
- Good at using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills for talking to parents and staff.
- Well-organised and able to handle several tasks at once.
- Friendly telephone manner and professional attitude.
- Must have (or be willing to get) an Enhanced DBS check.
