Pay Rate: £13.86/hr + 22% shift allowance (£27,027 salary equivalent)
Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri (Rotating shifts: 07:00-15:00 / 15:00-23:00)
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Temp to Perm potential)

About the Role
We are seeking 7 Visual Inspectors to join a global healthcare leader in Swindon. You will be responsible for conducting manual visual inspections of filled vials under controlled conditions, ensuring products meet strict GMP quality standards before distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual visual inspections of filled vials in controlled inspection booths.
- Identify and segregate defective units (e.g. particulate matter, container cracks/chips, incorrect fill volumes, closure integrity issues).
- Strictly adhere to approved SOPs, cGMP guidelines, and Data Integrity (DI) principles.
- Accurately document all inspection results in batch records following Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
- Maintain high levels of concentration and focus throughout shift operations.
Requirements
- Good visual acuity (with or without correction) and ability to pass a mandatory vision check.
- Elementary GCSE Maths and English.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain concentration over extended periods.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred but not essential.
