The role
In this role, you'll be at the heart of operational distribution, responsible for receiving, packaging, and managing products across ambient, cold, and frozen environments while upholding quality, safety, and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders to consistently fulfil business targets.
- Process incoming deliveries, logging items into inventory software and correct storage zones.
- Execute production packaging orders, including equipment setup and sanitation.
- Complete operational documentation accurately within required timelines.
- Conduct regular stock inventories, cycle counts, and standard waste disposals.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety/quality standards.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and report health, safety, or quality risks.
What you'll bring
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- Proficient IT skills with clear written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Willingness and capability to work in ambient, cold-chain, and -20°C conditions.
- A flexible, adaptable attitude with strong self-motivation and team collaboration skills.
- Desirable: Prior experience within a regulated GxP environment or handling specialised materials.
