- Position Type: Full-time, 6-Month Contract (with potential for extension)
- Shifts: Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 22:15 (37.5 hours per week)
- Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour + 22% shift allowance (£16.10 per hour)
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will play an essential part in receiving, packaging, and distributing world-class products across ambient, cold, and frozen storage areas. Your daily duties will include:
Order Fulfilment: Picking and packing client orders accurately to meet business targets.
Inbound Logistics: Receiving courier deliveries, logging them onto inventory software, and safely moving them to the correct storage locations.
Production Support: Following Production Orders for client packaging requirements, including setting up and cleaning down rooms/equipment.
Compliance & Documentation: Completing GMP paperwork with high accuracy within vital timelines and strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Inventory Control: Assisting with cycle counts, inventories, and waste disposals.
Health & Safety: Maintaining a clean, safe working environment, utilising provided PPE, and reporting any risks or near misses to management.
What We Are Looking For:
Qualifications: GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent experience/qualification).
Tech Savvy: Good IT literacy.
Environment Adaptability: Ability to work comfortably in ambient and cold-chain environments as required.
Desirable Experience: Prior experience working within a GxP environment, or handling biological/pharmaceutical materials, is highly desirable but not essential.
Attributes: Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure as a reliable team player.
