Location: Glasgow (G41)
Position Type: Full-time, 12-Month Contract (with possibility of extension)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, either 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00)
Pay Rate: £14.20 per hour (Salary equivalent £26,900/annum)

We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Operative / Site Specialist to join our dynamic Managed Services division. In this role, you will balance physical stock management with essential administrative tasks and customer service. You will be responsible for keeping supply chain and inventory operations running seamlessly, serving as a key point of contact on-site.
What You Will Do
Inventory & Stock Management: Handle stock replenishment, receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and detailed inventory tracking.
Customer Service & Administration: Manage order entries, handle backorders and returns, expedite requests, and resolve customer queries professionally.
On-Site Deliveries: Deliver direct shipment orders to end-users across the site and operate material handling equipment (such as push carts and pallet jacks).
Compliance: Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to maintain a safe, efficient working environment.
What We Are Looking For
Required Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehousing.
Valid UK Driving License.
Proficiency with computers, including intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Physical ability to walk extensively across site locations and consistently lift, push, and pull up to 15kg-20kg.
