We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join a "Good" rated Primary school in Barnsley. This is a supply role starting on June 1st, running through to the end of the academic year. You will be joining a supportive "family" culture that prides itself on raising standards and creating a culture of success for all students.
The school is a vibrant, phone-free environment that utilises innovative approaches such as Same Day Intervention and the Praising Stars systems to ensure no child is left behind. As a Year 2 teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students through the final term of the year, ensuring they are nurtured and inspired.
Requirements:
Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Must have previous experience teaching within the UK.
A strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and assessment.
A commitment to the "Children First" ethos.
The ability to foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
