We support learners aged 4 to Post-16, delivering targeted intervention across core subjects (English, Maths, and Science, as well as Functional Skills). Delivering sessions in schools, alternative provision settings, homes, or local community hubs, you will work exclusively on a one-to-one basis with young people-including those with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, Autism (ASD), or EHCPs-helping them break down barriers to learning, rebuild academic confidence, and make measurable progress.

- Ultimate Flexibility: Build a schedule that suits your lifestyle with flexible part-time or full-time caseloads.
- Pure 1:1 Focus: The time and space to concentrate entirely on one student's individual learning journey and needs.
- Diverse Age Ranges: Opportunities to work across Early Years, Primary, Secondary, or Post-16, tailored to your subject expertise.
- Dedicated Support: Work directly with an expert Randstad recruitment consultant to match you with suitable placements.
- CPD & Training: Free ongoing professional development modules and online delivery tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, tailored 1:1 tuition in core subjects (Maths, English, Science, or Functional Skills) matched to the pupil's specific age, stage, and EHCP targets.
- Implement trauma-informed practices, de-escalation techniques, and a nurturing approach to engage vulnerable or disengaged learners.
- Monitor attendance, track progress against key milestones, and submit concise session reports.
- Uphold stringent safeguarding standards in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
