This specialist setting provides a nurturing and supportive environment for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Following a successful 12-week placement, you will transfer directly onto the school's permanent staff team.
Role: SEMH Teaching Assistant
Location: Crawley
Salary: £93-£100 per day (12-week temporary placement) | £22,000-£23,500 per annum (permanent)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:15am-3:30pm
About the Role:
* Supporting pupils with SEMH needs
* Helping students regulate emotions and develop positive learning behaviours
* Working closely with teaching staff to deliver structured classroom support

* Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work or similar)
* GCSE Maths & English (required)
