Key Responsibilities
- Perform 4-stage clearances, re-occupation testing, background sampling, and leak testing.
- Oversee site abatement schemes and liaise directly with Licensed Asbestos Removal Contractors (LARCs) and duty holders.
- Generate digital air monitoring reports and site schematics using handheld tablet software.
- Maintain UKAS accreditation standards, equipment calibration, and internal QA/QC schemes.
- BOHS P403 & BOHS P404 (or RSPH equivalent).
- Valid CSCS card & Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience working within a UKAS-accredited consultancy environment
