Acting as their talent partner, we are seeking a certified Asbestos Site Analyst to deliver high-standard technical analysis for surveys carried out across commercial, industrial and domestic properties.
Location: Greater London
Responsibilities
- Ensure all site operations comply with standard operating procedures, quality management systems, and environmental health & safety regulations.
- Author, review, and finalize technical reports, deliver risk recommendations, and manage client and contractor communications.
- Participate in quality audits, prepare safety risk assessments, and escalate legal or insurer-notifiable incidents.
- Provide technical guidance and compliance oversight for junior staff, maintaining high standards across business objectives
Required Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, applicants must hold:
- BOHS P403 and P404 qualification (or RSPH equivalent)
- Proven experience conducting asbestos surveys within domestic, commercial, or industrial environments
- A Full UK Driving Licence
