We are seeking a diligent and highly professional Assistant Package Manager to join our project team in West London, (NW10). This role is essential for ensuring operational continuity, requiring a candidate who is comfortable working during weekends and night shifts to maintain project momentum.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the management and coordination of specific work packages to ensure delivery within defined project parameters.
- Monitor progress during night and weekend shifts, ensuring all activities adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Facilitate clear communication between site teams and management to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Oversee site logistics and resource allocation to support efficient project execution.
- Ensure that all work performed complies with relevant regulatory frameworks and site-specific protocols.
- Proven experience in project support or package management within a construction or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex tasks in high-pressure settings.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead site teams effectively during off-peak hours.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and site safety.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

- Compensation: £56.25 per hour (Umbrella, inside IR35)
- Shift Requirements: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday but some weekends and nights depending on project needs
