Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between project stakeholders, business units, and technical teams. You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements, as well as driving consensus across diverse stakeholder groups to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements and user stories.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, deliver presentations, and actively engage with all project stakeholders to define, align, and achieve formal closure on both business and technical project requirements.
Project Planning & Estimation: Assess business requirements to accurately estimate effort, scope, and duration for upcoming project phases.
Documentation & Training: Prepare detailed system documentation and comprehensive training materials to support seamless user adoption and transition.
Collaboration: Work closely within the Team F framework to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals and technical standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst.
Methodology & Delivery: Proven, hands-on experience documenting user stories, writing business requirements documents (BRDs), and working with Team F.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be highly confident in presenting data, documenting processes, and running collaborative workshops.
Leadership & Coordination: Strong management, coordination, and planning skills with a proven track record of bringing stakeholders to agreement and achieving project closure.
