Package: £28,000, rising to £30,000, with uncapped commission and a realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £47,000+ (plus car allowance of £4,800)

They're now looking for a new, field-based sales team as part of an exciting phase of growth, to expand their presence further across the North West! As a Business Development Executive, you'll be on the front line, introducing cutting-edge payment solutions to small and medium-sized businesses in order to secure interest from decision makers.
To qualify for the role, candidates must possess a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
Role:
- Acting as a local representative for our Handepay's solutions.
- Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
- Utilising advanced digital tools (e.g., CRM, Statement Reader) to send tailored initial offers and warm up leads.
- Following up with engaged prospects, attending booked face-to-face meetings, and delivering persuasive presentations showcasing Handepay's value proposition.
- Closing new business deals and collaborating with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for new customers.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and actively managing your sales pipeline.
Package:
- Competitive base salary: Starting at £28,000, rising to £30,000, with uncapped commission and a realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £47,000+.

Requirements:
- Ideally degree educated
- You are motivated by targets and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- You are a confident communicator who can easily build rapport.
- You quickly bounce back from setbacks and enjoy the challenge of converting new prospects.
- You are organised and disciplined - you can effectively manage your day, follow up diligently, and keep your pipeline moving.
- Sales or customer-facing experience is ideal (e.g., telesales, retail sales, face-to-face roles), but full training is provided for motivated candidates.
- A Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this field-based role
