Job Title: Social Care Roles - Support Workers, Coordinators & Care Manager
Location: Edinburgh & Midlothian
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (36 hrs/week standard + Extensive Overtime)
Earnings: Up to £37,000+ per year (SW/SSW) | Up to £46,000 (Manager)
Essential Requirements (Please Read Before Applying)
- Right to Work: Must hold permanent, restriction-free UK Right to Work. (No sponsorship or visa transfers available).
- Experience: Professional social care experience is mandatory for all roles.
- Flexibility: Comfortable with variable visit lengths (30 mins to 1+ hours).
- Transport:
- Drivers: UK Driving License + vehicle required for EH3, EH4, EH5, EH10, EH16, EH17 & Midlothian.
- Walkers: Accepted only for EH4, EH5, EH10, EH16, or EH17. (No walking routes in Midlothian or EH3).
Open Positions
1. Support Workers (SW) & Senior Support Workers (SSW)
- Pay: £13.45/hr (SW) | £14.00/hr (SSW - SVQ Level 3 required)
- Earning Potential: £37,000+ / year realistic earnings with abundant overtime.
- Hours: 36 hrs/week base (Our average team member works 52 hrs/week).
- Shifts: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts between 07:00 - 22:00. Condense your full-time hours into 3-4 days!
2. Care Coordinator
- Pay: £15.00/hr (36 hrs/week)
- Location: Office-based (Granton Road, EH5 3QB) with field travel for client reviews.
- Role: Managing and optimizing care rosters/runs.
- Requirement: Prior professional experience planning care rosters is required.
3. Registered Care Manager
- Salary: £46,000 base (Negotiable for 10+ yrs Scottish homecare management experience & strong Care Inspectorate ratings).
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (Flexible options considered).
- Location: Granton Road Office (EH5 3QB).
- Requirement: Must be SSSC registered as a Care Manager with strong local Scottish care experience.
