- Strategic Analysis: Analysing sales data, market trends, and evidence to establish highly accurate valuation schemes for predominantly Council Tax Bands I and J.

- A strong, proven background operating as a Residential Valuer.
- Hands-on experience preparing Home Reports and undertaking Mortgage Lending surveys.
- Prior knowledge or experience working within local government, Assessor's services, or rating/council tax valuation.
