The Role
Are you an experienced Children's Social Worker passionate about championing the rights and independence of children and young people with additional needs?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a welcoming, dedicated Children with Disabilities (CwD) service in Denbighshire. This team supports children and young people aged 0-18 living with physical, learning, sensory, or neurological disabilities-including Autism-where their condition significantly impacts their day-to-day lives.
Why You'll Love This Role

- Crossover Support for English Experience: If your experience is under the Children Act 1989 across the English border, don't let legislation put you off-the team manager offers comprehensive induction, training, and 1:1 guidance on the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act.
- Tight-Knit Culture: Join a small, supportive team environment where caseloads are monitored and peer support is a priority.
