Your core responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a safe living environment.
- Encouraging independence and accompanying young people to school and activities.
- Upholding National Care Standards and maintaining accurate daily records.
- Adapting to flexible shift schedules (day shifts, nights, and weekend rotas).
What you'll need:
- Prior experience in residential childcare or youth work.
- PVG Scheme clearance.
- SVQ 3 in Care/Childcare (or equivalent) is a distinct advantage.
- Full driving licence is preferred.
