What the role involves:
- Providing nurturing, 24-hour support to young people overcoming early life trauma.
- Assisting with daily routines, educational trips, and fun community activities.
- Working collaboratively with existing staff teams while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Covering a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
What we look for:
- Hands-on experience supporting young people in a residential setting.
- Current PVG membership (or willingness to apply).
- SVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People / Health and Social Care (desirable).
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
