Job Title: Complex Needs Support Worker
Location: Hengrove Way, Hengrove, Bristol, BS14
Salary: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour (Plus holiday pay and pension benefits)
Job Description:
Randstad Care is recruiting a dedicated team of support workers to cover shifts across South Bristol and the North Somerset border. We are looking for confident, low ego care professionals who can step into high risk placements inside residential homes or family environments and act as a stabilizing force for young people displaying extreme volatility, physical aggression, or epilepsy related needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain robust professional boundaries while delivering warm, empathetic care
Safely manage and document crisis incidents in line with care plans
Promote self care skills, personal hygiene routines, and emotional well being
Support young people in their transitions into independent or supported living

What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 6 months of experience supporting young people with SEMH, ASD, or learning disabilities
Full UK driving licence is mandatory due to the rural nature of our packages
Prior experience with formal physical intervention or de-escalation training is highly advantageous
Enhanced DBS clearing for both Child and Adult workforces
