Turn Compassion into Action
Are you a resilient Support Worker who thrives when the stakes are high? Do you have the clinical "gut instinct" and the emotional intelligence to support young people in crisis?
At Randstad, we are building elite, specialist teams to support the most vulnerable children in our community. These are not "standard" shifts-these are opportunities to provide high-level, trauma-informed care that creates genuine breakthroughs for young people facing significant challenges.
Why Join a Specialist Randstad Team?
We value your expertise, and our benefits package reflects that:
- Market-Leading Pay: Rates designed to exceed standard local benchmarks.
- Stability & Balance: A guaranteed rolling rota for predictable work-life balance.
- Elite Support: Access to local specialist consultants and a close-knit, supportive peer team.
- Professional Growth: Specialized training pathways and career development.
- Flexible Pay: Multiple payment options to suit your needs.
- Referral Bonus: Earn £300 for every specialist peer you refer to us.
The Role: Impact in Action

- Crisis Management: Confidently de-escalating heightened behaviors using proven techniques (PMVA).
- Trauma-Informed Care: Understanding the "why" behind behaviors to build trust and security.
- Holistic Support: Managing appointments, family contact, and structured daily activities.
- Clinical Reporting: Delivering high-quality incident reports and insights that shape future care plans.
