About the Role
Are you passionate about empowering young people? Randstad Care is seeking dedicated Children's Support Workers across the London Borough of Hillingdon and surrounding areas. In this role, you will provide high-quality care, stability, and advocacy for children with complex physical, medical, or behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Active Engagement: Tailor your communication to connect with children at different sensory and developmental levels.
- Emotional Resilience: Provide a calming presence during high-stress situations or medical emergencies.
- Welfare Protection: Apply sharp safeguarding awareness to identify risks and report incidents promptly.
- Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain thorough daily logs, update care plans, and collaborate with social care professionals.
Essential Criteria
Please note: Candidates missing these requirements cannot be considered.
- Experience: At least 6 months of professional care experience with children.
- DBS: An active Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
- Residency: Must be a current UK resident with valid Right to Work.
