Job Title: Residential Care Support Worker
Location: Launceston / Bude, Cornwall
Pay: £14.00 - £18.00 per hour (Plus holiday pay and pension benefits)

Key ResponsResponsibilities:
Provide safe, consistent care within rural residential placements
Identify early signs of emotional distress and proactively implement reduction plans
Support vulnerable children with daily schedules, meal preparation, and lifeskills
Collaborate with social workers and internal residential team leads

What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 6 months of verifiable UK experience in children's residential or youth support work
Valid UK driving licence and reliable vehicle access
Readiness to undergo comprehensive compliance onboarding including references and DBS checks
Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but we welcome all qualified applicants
