Key Skills & Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: - Experience with Vulnerable Youth: Proven experience supporting children with diverse and complex needs.- Complex Needs Expertise: Understanding of how to support individuals with Autism, ADHD, mental health challenges, and physical disabilities.- Core Care Capabilities: Experience with medication administration, report writing (daily logs and incident reporting), and shift handovers.- De-escalation & Safeguarding: Experience with or a willingness to undergo training in physical restraint and de-escalation techniques.- Compliance: A valid DBS check for working with children (ideally on the Update Service), the legal right to work in the UK, and the ability to provide 10 years of reference history.- Flexibility & Mobility: A valid UK driving license and the willingness to travel across London.
