Job Title: Children's Support Worker
Location: St Austell / Newquay, Cornwall
Salary: £14.00 - £18.00 per hour (Plus holiday pay and pension benefits)

We supply highly trained professionals to specialised Tailored Localised Care packages, ensuring that young people with severe communication difficulties, Autism, and behavioural challenges receive top tier care.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement structured routines and co regulation strategies for dysregulated youth
Safeguard young people against community vulnerabilities and risk factors
Encourage healthy lifestyles, sensory play, and active community integration
Document behavioural tracking charts and daily logs accurately

What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 6 months of experience in a specialised care, residential, or education setting for youth
Full UK driving licence and independent transport
Active holding of an enhanced DBS or readiness to process a new one via Randstad
Ability to handle highly challenging or volatile behaviours calmly and professionally
