Role: Teaching Assistant (Inclusion Team)

Salary: Grade 4 (£25,583-£25,989 pro rata)
Contract: Temporary, Term-Time Only

Working directly within the school's Inclusion Team, you will be on the ground floor of educational support. You will work closely with students experiencing a variety of learning, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. How You Will Build Your Skills:
Behavioural & SEND Insights: Work with specific students, including those with special educational needs and disabilities, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
Cross-Curricular Exposure: Support students across all subject areas, giving you a broad understanding of secondary school dynamics.
Classroom Management: Develop a calm, confident, and professional presence by helping to create a positive learning environment.
What We Are Looking For:
A degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, backed by solid GCSE Maths and English (Grade A-C).
Previous experience coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or working with young people.
Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with young people and staff.
A resilient, proactive team player who can also use their own initiative.
