Key Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver inspiring, inclusive lessons across primary core and foundation subjects.
Establish a structured, positive classroom environment built on mutual respect and high expectations.
Accurately monitor pupil data to identify, target, and close learning gaps effectively.
Direct and deploy classroom teaching assistants creatively to maximize pupil achievement.
Maintain open, proactive communication with parents, carers, and the wider school community.
Requirements for the Role
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK recognised teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching within a UK primary school setting (ECTs are encouraged to apply).
Solid understanding of the UK National Primary Curriculum and effective behaviour management strategies.
A current Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
Exceptional communication, time-management, and relationship-building skills.
