This is an elite opportunity to join one of Ireland's fastest-growing professional service firms in a senior leadership capacity. Based in our Raphoe office, the Client Services Director will be instrumental in driving the next phase of growth and client impact across the region.
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of expert advisory and accounting services, specifically tailored to our Agri and SME client base. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic evolution and development of the Practice.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Relationship Management: Act as a senior point of contact, building and sustaining high-value relationships with a diverse client portfolio.
Business Development: Spearhead regional growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding service delivery within existing client structures.
Service Excellence: Develop and implement robust client service strategies, collaborating across internal departments to ensure seamless delivery.
Performance Oversight: Monitor and optimize client satisfaction levels, service performance metrics, and overall department health.
Practice Leadership: Contribute to the firm's long-term vision, providing mentorship to junior staff and driving operational excellence within the Raphoe office.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Professional Certification: Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CTA.
Experience: A minimum of seven years' Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) within a Public Practice environment.
Technical Breadth: Comprehensive knowledge of relevant tax heads and a strong foundation in technical accounting standards.
