Commercial Plumber
Location: Central London (Large Commercial Site)
Salary: £44,000 per annum + Overtime Opportunities
Shift Pattern: Alternating Rotation (2 on / 2 off, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | 3 on / 3 off, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance, inspection, and servicing on commercial domestic water systems, plant rooms, and drainage.
- Respond promptly to reactive plumbing issues, leaks, and system failures across the facility.
- Perform fault diagnosis, pipework repairs, and installation of sanitaryware and hot/cold water systems.
- Ensure all work complies with current Water Regulations, health & safety guidelines, and site standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and communicate status updates with the site management team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent recognized trade qualification).
- Experience: Proven background working within large-scale commercial environments (e.g., high-rise office buildings, commercial estates, or retail complexes).
