📋 Your Key Responsibilities
Clinical Intervention: Deliver tailored, 1:1 short-term therapy focusing on brief, solution-focused models.
Caseload Management: Support students facing anxiety, academic/dissertation stress, transition challenges, self-esteem issues, and exam pressure.
Outcomes Monitoring: Use clinical outcome tools (like CORE10) to monitor treatment effectiveness.
Safeguarding & Risk: Strictly adhere to risk assessment, safeguarding protocols, and GDPR confidentiality guidelines.
🎯 What We're Looking For
Accreditation: Must be a fully Accredited Member of BACP - MBACP (Accred).
Experience: Minimum of 400 clinical hours, with proven experience in a UK higher education setting and brief therapeutic models (e.g., CBT, SFBT).
Setup: Backed by regular clinical supervision and your own professional liability insurance.
