As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the vital first point of contact for patients and carers, ensuring they have a smooth and supportive transition to our healthcare services.The Role at a Glance
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour.
Location: Sittingbourne (with free on-site parking).
Contract: 12 months (with the possibility of extension).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Flexible Working: Option to work from home one day per week
What You Will Do
You will play an integral role in our frontline service by managing the patient journey from the moment they are registered. Your responsibilities will include:
Patient Onboarding: Setting up accounts, confirming details, and arranging first orders.
Communication: Liaising with healthcare professionals and GP surgeries to ensure seamless service.
Support: Following up with patients after delivery to ensure their needs are met and resolving any enquiries.
Documentation: Using internal databases to accurately log all communications.
Important Note on Shifts: Most shifts fall between 08:00 and 17:30. However, you must be flexible to work a late shift (until 20:00) one week every two months. This role also includes a required on-call rotation (including some nights and weekends) and one Saturday morning per month, which is paid at an enhanced overtime rate (x1.75).
