What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Professionally handle and resolve formal complaints via email.
- Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide accurate information and solutions for property-related questions.
- Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
- Monitor root cause analysis and working on exciting projects to enable a better customer journey
What You'll Bring:
- Proven customer service experience, ideally in a services related setting and with complaint handling exposure.
- A strong customer-focused mindset and a passion for enhancing the customer journey.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially for formal correspondence).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency with CRM software and general computer skills.
- The ability to work independently with a dedicated, quiet home work space and reliable internet.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in property management or real estate related sectors (training can be provided) .
- Familiarity with Dwellant property or management software (training can be provided) .
- Experience in complaint resolution or de-escalation.
