What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, with significant experience working within Children with Disabilities services.
Current and valid Social Work England registration.
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within children's social care.
A strong understanding of relevant legislation, statutory guidance, and best practice in supporting children with disabilities and their families.
Exceptional leadership, managerial, and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team, manage complex cases, and drive positive outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with staff, families, and multi-agency partners.
