The Role

Exemplary Teaching: Model outstanding SEN practice, ensuring the progress, safety, and wellbeing of all pupils.
Collaborative Leadership: Contribute actively to the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing safeguarding, behavior systems, and building vital partnerships with families.
