Location: Telford. | £35,900
The Role: Support the Registered Manager in leading a warm, "family-feel" home for children with emotional and behavioral difficulties. You'll oversee shifts, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality care and Ofsted compliance.
What You Need:
- Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare.
- 2 years' experience in children's care (1 year in a supervisory role).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
