Your Responsibilities:
Deliver highly engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons/activities.
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all children.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure high student engagement.
Provide tailored support and guidance to children of varying abilities.
Work collaboratively with permanent nursery staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Support children on a 1:1 basis or in small groups when extra help is needed.
What We Need From You:
Must hold a valid CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
Proven experience working within nursery settings.
Strong classroom management and behaviour guidance skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to child development.
