Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £39,000 + Unlimited OT
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: Central London (Multiple campus sites vacancies)
Call-Out Allowance: £220 per standby week (minimum 4hour paid).
The Role
We are hiring Electrical Maintenance Engineers to manage PPMs and reactive repairs across prestigious university and college campuses in Central London. Enjoy standard daytime hours with substantial extra earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute PPMs and reactive electrical maintenance across campus buildings.
- Fault-find and repair lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and control systems.
- Ensure all works comply with 18th Edition and safety standards.
- Participate in the on-call rota (£220 standby allowance).
Requirements
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation/Maintenance (or equivalent).
- Certification: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
