Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging English Language and English Literature lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is welcomed but not essential).

- Adapt learning resources to support both struggling readers and high-achieving students aiming for top GCSE grades.
- For long-term roles: plan, prepare, and mark student work, participate in departmental moderation, track pupil progress, and contribute to parent consultations.
What We Look For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or an equivalent English teaching qualification.
- A degree in English Literature, English Language, Creative Writing, or a closely related discipline, paired with strong UK curriculum knowledge.
