What We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from both experienced practitioners and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who possess:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong undergraduate degree in English Literature, Language, or a related field.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality, innovative lessons that secure excellent progress at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a plus).
A passion for reading: The ability to inspire a diverse student body and foster a genuine love for books and theatre.
A commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all children.
Collaborative Spirit: The ability to work within a dedicated, friendly team of English specialists.
