Cumberland Council is hiring Estates Surveyors (£300-£375/day) to join their Corporate Assets property team!
Key Role Highlights:
- High-Value Estate: Deliver asset management across a £570m commercial and operational property portfolio
- Core Practice Areas: Lead on statutory Red Book valuations, acquisitions, disposals, and rent reviews
- Regeneration Focus: Support major commercial development and transformation projects
- 3 Days On-Site: Balanced schedule combining site visits/office time with remote working flexibility
Requirements:
- Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) status preferred (or near APC completion)
- RICS Registered Valuer status is a strong advantage
- Commercial property asset management, valuation, and disposal experience
- Full UK driving licence for site inspections
