We are looking to appoint a Logistics and Export Coordinator to support a busy manufacturing facility.
You will be:
- working office based Monday-Thursday 8am-04:30pm, Friday 8am-02.30pm
- liaising with sales team for processing sales orders
- ensuring compliance with import and export regulations
- generating shipping documents for clearance purposes and for shipment of dangerous goods
- calculating freight costs
- booking freight for UK and overseas shipments using transportation by sea, air and Land
- using systems for picking and dispatching orders and daily invoicing as well as booking-in customer returns
- completing general administration and filing of departmental information
You will need:
- knowledge of export processes, documentation and overseas customs requirements
