Swindon Borough Council is urgently seeking experienced Social Workers to join their Family Safeguarding Team (FST). About the Role & Service Area:
The Family Safeguarding Team operates an integrated, multidisciplinary model alongside adult specialists (covering mental health, substance misuse, and domestic abuse) to deliver whole-family interventions. You will manage statutory caseloads encompassing Child Protection (CP) and Child in Need (CIN) plans, working restoratively to keep families safely together wherever possible.

What We Are Looking For:
- Professional Registration: Active registration with Social Work England (SWE).

- Skills: Strong analytical assessment writing, court work experience, and effective multi-agency practice.
