Are you an organised and proactive administrator with experience in Finance, HR, or both? Do you enjoy working as part of a supportive team?
We're looking for a dedicated Finance & HR Manager to join a welcoming and nurturing primary school community on a maternity cover contract.

⨠What You'll Be DoingWorking closely with the School Business Manager, you'll support the smooth running of the school's Finance and HR functions by:
đ° Managing financial administration, purchase orders and invoices
đ Maintaining accurate financial records and reporting information
đĽ Supporting HR processes including recruitment, DBS checks and staff records
đ Monitoring and recording staff absences and leave
đ Producing reports and analysing absence data
đ Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
đ Preparing correspondence and administrative documentation
đ¤ Providing general Finance and HR support across the school
đŻ What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
â Previous experience in Finance, HR or Administration
â Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
â Strong communication skills
â A positive, flexible and self-motivated approach
â Good IT and data management skills
â School-based experience is desirable but not essential.
We welcome applicants from a variety of sectors and will provide training and support for someone who can bring the right skills, attitude and enthusiasm to the role.
