We are seeking a high-caliber Financial Controller to lead our finance function. This role is responsible for the financial integrity of our multi-entity group, ensuring robust controls, and providing the commercial insight necessary for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Group Reporting: Deliver accurate monthly management accounts across all entities.
- Controls & Compliance: Implement robust accounting policies and ensure full statutory/regulatory compliance.
- Cost Management: Analyze trends and risks to improve financial efficiency.
- Year-End & Audit: Lead year-end processes and act as the primary liaison for external auditors and tax reviews.
- Leadership: Manage and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strategic Support: Partner with stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights.
Requirements
- Credentials: ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years PQE.
- Scale: Previous Controller experience in a €10m+ turnover environment.
- Complexity: Experience managing multiple business units and subsidiaries.
- Technical: Proven track record in statutory audit file preparation.
- Bonus Skills: Proficiency in Accounts IQ or experience in Finance Transformation.
Soft Skills: High commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
