Partnered with an AI-native compliance platform, the business equips field teams with tablet software that automates back-office report drafting, floorplan pin-drops, and site data compiling in real time-reducing administrative reporting load by 50% and eliminating post-site evening paperwork.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive life safety Fire Risk Assessments across commercial, healthcare (NHS), higher education, and public sector estates in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
- Systematically identify fire hazards, evaluate passive and active fire precautions, and formulate clear, proportionate action plans for Responsible Persons
- Capture site inspection data, photos, and digital floorplan markups using mobile tablet software
- Advise duty holders on fire safety policies, evacuation arrangements, and risk reduction measures
- Maintain a 100% focus on technical risk assessment, auditing, and compliance advisory (strictly no installation or trade fitting work)
- Zero Evening Admin: Tablet software uses AI to automate report drafting and floorplan pin-drops on site, cutting reporting time by 50% so your workday ends when you step off site.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Fire Risk Assessment experience.
- Recognized qualifications/registrations preferred (IFSM Tier 2/3, Level 4 FRA Diploma, IFE registration, or NEBOSH Fire).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
